Overall good with some flaws

The case is robust and the anti slip material on the back works well, the screen protector is good and easy to fit. The only issue is that the hole for the charge cable to go through is slightly to small or the wrong shape my Huawei brand charge cable that came with my phone, this is a massive flaw and means the cable does fall out every now and then.

Phone case is well made and sturdy and fits the phone perfectly with out weighing it down. The screen protector is a little bit on the large size and overlaps slightly, but when you have the case on you don't notice this at all.

I love the look of the case and screen, very neat and smart. Unfortunately the corner of the screen cracked within a week. I know I didn't drop it but it looked like it had been roughed up at the edge, perhaps I didn't apply it properly but still very happy.

The holes on the bottom of the case don't line up with the speakers or the charging port. Obviously you can take the case off to charge but you shouldn't have to do this. Customer support sent me a second case quote happily however this was the same

The glass screen isn't protected by the back, mine cracked within a fortnight. But the back is ok, seems fairly robust so far.

The case isn't at all what I expected, very flimsy whereas the name sentinel makes you think it'll be a hard case but it's not.
The screen was poor, it cracked within a few weeks for no particular reason; the phone wasn't dropped or hit or anything.
Waste of money.

When I charge my phone I have to remove the case because it prevents the plug from slotting in properly - very disappointing. :-(

There weren't many P20 Pro Cases to choose from, this one looked OK, received it today, haven't attached the Glass Screen saver as yet, but the case is nice, very happy with the feel, thickness and the protection it gives, especially on the Volume button etc:
