Sound quality the use of bixby

I’ve bought one of your items Nautical 2 for the S9plus. The Case in general it is good. e.g. quality of materials, the fit, the membrane that allows the fingerprint function to work well. However such sealed case doesn’t allow the sound quality to be enjoyable, not to mention the use on voice control ( Bixby ). It is a shame that these two things spoils the rest, surely with more use of design and testing the case with the phone in the end result could’ve been better. If I would have known this I probably would not bought this item.

I finally received my case, and wow! I have tried several waterproof cases whilst waiting for this one, (much cheaper brands) and had issues with air pockets, not this one, this one has such a tight and snug fit, there are no air pockets, the camera quality is not affected in anyway, the finger print sensor is a tad fidgety but if u register several times with the case on it soon becomes usable. The sound quality will sound muffled at top volume but just turn it down by 1 and it will be fine, adds a small amount of bulk but virtually no weight, feels great to hold, may not be a every day case for most people but for ones like myself in such a wet and dirty job it is perfect, don't have to worry about damaging my new phone, if your on 2 minds about purchasing this case then go ahead, it's definitely worth it at a good price!!
